Tell about the time in your life when you felt the most powerful? The first day that I realised that I had changed my living situation for good.
What is your inner attribute that you like the most? Never giving up and the support of my family.
Are you at ease with your own body and age? I am now.
What would you try to do if you felt that you couldn’t fail? Move overseas to help my children.
Research shows that a lot of women want to know that the work they do is significant, meaningful and embodies their highest potential. What do you think? Yes I think most of us need reassurance that we are needed.
What words of wisdom, based on your personal experience, would you like to share with others who struggle to see their own inner light and inner power? Listen to the encouragement and support you give others – see the worth and power it gives them. Really listen as if you were giving that advice to yourself.
What do you do to let your hair down or as a self-care ritual? sadly I have recently learnt NOT enough. I like to visit friends and family – Popping without pre-arranging. Walks in nature – forest beaches etc. listening to music and wandering around with my camera.
Who are the women that you find inspiring and have influenced you in some way? My mother and grandmother, my family.
Why are beautiful photos of yourself important to you now? They help me to see what other people see.
